You may be a school leaver, but we treat you like an adult from day one. You'll join an experienced, enthusiastic team who will encourage you to show what you can do and to take on more responsibility.

You’re literally on the bakery floor gaining real-life, on-the-job experience. So by the time you finish your apprenticeship with us, you’ll have the practical skills, know-how and confidence you need to move onwards and upwards.

Working towards a 2:1 degree or higher? Want to know what it takes to work in manufacturing, marketing or production? Our student placement is the perfect grounding for would-be graduates.
This placement is all about getting stuck into every angle of the business. From sitting in on board meetings to helping out on the production line, you’ll learn how every department in our business gets things done. It’s also an excellent way to boost your CV with paid, hands-on experience that employers look out for. And if you impress us, it will stand you in good stead when it comes to applying for our graduate programme.
